This page applies to the Presiq workforce mobile application, package
work.presiq.mobile, and is the external account-deletion resource for Presiq users.

How to request deletion
- Send the request. Select “Request account deletion” above, or email hello@presiq.work with the subject “Presiq account deletion request.”
- Identify the account. Include your full name, the work email address or phone number used for Presiq, and your organization. Never send your password, authentication code, or precise location.
- Complete verification. We may reply to the address associated with the account or coordinate with the organization that provisioned it. This protects accounts from unauthorized deletion.
- Receive confirmation. We will respond and complete eligible deletion within 30 calendar days after verification, unless applicable law requires or permits a longer period. We will explain any delay.

Data deleted with the account
Subject to the exceptions below, deletion covers Presiq-controlled data associated with the verified account:
- account and profile details, including name, contact information, employee number, department, and role;
- authentication identifiers, active sessions, and organization membership;
- attendance, clock, schedule, assigned-site, timesheet, and leave records;
- stored location-verification data associated with attendance actions, if present; and
- support content and other personal information linked to the account that is not required to be retained.
The current demo release does not create a production Presiq account or send login input or foreground location to Presiq servers. Signing out removes its local session indicator; clearing app storage or uninstalling removes the app's locally stored data according to the device's behavior.

Data retained after deletion
We retain the request date, completion date, verification method, account identifier, and request status for 24 months after completion to document the request, prevent abuse, and resolve disputes. We do not use this record to reactivate the account or for advertising.
Data removed from active systems may remain in encrypted disaster-recovery backups for up to 30 additional days before automatic expiry. Backup data is isolated from normal use and restored only for disaster recovery.
Limited workforce, security, tax, payroll, fraud-prevention, or legal-claim records may be retained by Presiq or the administering organization for the period required by applicable law. If this applies, we will identify the retained categories, reason, and applicable period in our response.

Organization-managed accounts
Presiq access is provisioned by an employer, client, or workforce administrator. That organization may control employment records and may have independent legal obligations to retain them. Presiq will route or coordinate the request when necessary, but you can begin the request directly through the email pathway on this page without reinstalling or opening the app.
