1. Information we handle

Information shown or entered in the mobile app

The Presiq employee experience is designed to support information such as:

• name, work email address or phone number, employee number, department, role, and organization;
• assigned work sites, schedules, shifts, attendance events, and working hours;
• leave balances, leave requests, dates, reasons, and approval status; and
• sign-in credentials and authentication information.

In the current demo release, employee, schedule, attendance, and leave information is fictional demonstration data bundled with the app. Identity and password text entered on the sign-in screen is used only for local validation and is not retained or transmitted by Presiq.

Information stored on your device

The app stores a demo session indicator and onboarding-completion preference on your device. On supported mobile platforms, the session indicator uses operating-system secure storage. Signing out removes the session indicator. Uninstalling the app or clearing its storage removes locally stored app data according to your device's behavior.

Website and technical information

When you visit our website or download the app, hosting, network, and app-distribution providers may process technical information needed to deliver and secure their services, such as IP address, request time, browser or device type, and requested resource. The current mobile app does not include advertising or behavioral analytics SDKs.

2. Foreground location data

Presiq requests approximate and precise foreground location permission only when you choose to verify an attendance action, such as clocking in or clocking out. Location is used to determine whether the device is near the assigned work site and to provide the verification result shown in the app.

• The current app does not request or use background location.
• It does not continuously track your location.
• It does not access location until you initiate attendance verification and grant permission.
• In the current demo release, coordinates are processed in app memory and are not sent to Presiq servers or persisted after use.

You may deny or revoke location permission in device settings. Attendance verification that depends on location will not work while permission or device location services are unavailable.

3. How information is used

When production services are enabled, Presiq may use information described in this policy to:

• authenticate users and maintain account security;
• show employee profiles, assigned sites, schedules, attendance, timesheets, and leave information;
• verify user-initiated attendance against an assigned work site;
• provide records and operational visibility to the organization administering the workforce account;
• operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve Presiq services; and
• comply with applicable legal obligations and enforce service terms.

Presiq does not use foreground location for advertising. We do not sell personal information or location data.

4. Sharing and disclosure

Information may be available to or processed by the following parties when applicable:

• Your organization. An employer, client, or workforce administrator that provides your Presiq access may manage your profile and use workforce records for legitimate employment and operational purposes.
• Service providers. Hosting, security, support, and app-distribution providers may process information only as needed to provide their services to Presiq.
• Legal and safety recipients. We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights and safety, investigate misuse, or respond to valid legal process.
• Business transfers. Information may transfer as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality and legal requirements.

The current demo mobile release does not transmit mobile-app user or location data to these parties.

5. Retention and deletion

Current demo mobile data remains on the device only as described above. Presiq does not retain the login input or foreground coordinates used by the demo service on a Presiq server.

When production services are introduced, we will retain personal information only for as long as needed to provide the service, protect the service, comply with legal and contractual obligations, and support the legitimate recordkeeping needs of the organization administering the account. Retention periods may vary by record type and applicable employment, tax, security, or legal requirements.

Where deletion is requested, Presiq and the administering organization may need to retain limited information when required by law or for legitimate security, fraud-prevention, dispute, or recordkeeping purposes. Retained information will remain protected and will not be used for unrelated purposes.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information and service, including operating-system secure storage for the current mobile session indicator and encrypted HTTPS connections for the website. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices

• Location: grant, deny, or revoke foreground location permission through device settings.
• Local app data: sign out, clear app storage, or uninstall the app.
• Workforce records: contact your organization's Presiq administrator regarding profile or employment records.
• Communications: contact us using the address below regarding privacy-related messages.

8. Organization-managed accounts

The current app does not allow users to create their own Presiq account. Access is intended to be provisioned by an organization. That organization may determine why workforce information is processed and may be responsible for responding to certain access, correction, retention, or deletion requests. Presiq may act as its service provider or processor. We will route requests to the appropriate organization when necessary.

9. Children's privacy

Presiq is a workforce application and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly provide the service to children or collect children's personal information through the current demo mobile release.

10. International processing

Presiq and its service providers may process information in countries other than the one where a user is located. Where required, we will use appropriate safeguards for international transfers of personal information.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Presiq's features and data practices change. We will publish the revised policy at this URL and update the effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through the app or another appropriate channel before they take effect.
